ABOUT US
As a child I always dreamed of owning my own pony. I would draw plans of how to convert our suburban backyard into a stable and yard and would spend all my pocket money at the saddlery on grooming equipment and other gear for the horse I one day hoped to own. Now I am all grown up and the dream has finally come true- ponies in the backyard!
Patchwork Ponies offers children the opportunity to interact with these beautiful animals in a relaxed and peaceful setting.
We are located in Dural NSW approximately 45 minutes north-west from the Sydney CBD.

THE PROPERTY
Set on a picturesque property in the leafy suburb of Dural NSW, we have 5 acres of pony paradise which is perfectly suited to accommodate any pony party event. Our facilities include:
- undercover gazebo
- table/tablecloths and chairs
- a kitchenette with fridge and convection oven
- sand arena
- stables with undercover awning
- toilet
You are welcome to bring your own party food, cake, lolly bags, drinks, decorations, cups, plates, serviettes etc.
We recently celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday milestone with Patchwork Ponies and I must say it was the most beautiful and relaxing birthday party with a stunning view on a bright sunny day!
Sam was very professional and helpful from the beginning of our planning journey and effortlessly went the extra mile to make herself available despite being so busy, providing valuable insights and ensuring our expectations were met. She meticulously coordinated all the party arrangements and brought to life a little girl's dream of having a magical unicorn (themed) party 🦄

We especially loved the way each child felt involved - taking turns riding the unicorns or petting the hamster, watching the bunny, playing games, designing cupcakes and sticker activities and facepainting
Sam's jovial and friendly nature also got bubs attached to her and thoroughly engaged.
The staff were also gentle and pleasant in allowing the children to feel comfortable whilst riding the unicorns that looked so REAL!!
I would highly recommend Patchwork Ponies if you want to create a special unique birthday party experience - Sam is a SUPERSTAR and very easy to work with.
Beautiful ponies, lovely caring staff and a stunning property. My kids had an amazing day with Sam and her team today indulging in all things unicorn. Was a major highlight of their school holidays. The morning was well organised, meticulously planned and a perfect day out for the kids!
We just had my daughters 4th birthday party at patchwork ponies yesterday & even though it was a very wet morning.. the day went perfectly! Sam was the perfect host! Nothing was a hassle - and she was extremely accommodating! Sam was also very well organise and insured the day ran smoothly with the some children having rides, whilst the other children either had face painting, nursing guinea pigs, having a pony treasure hunt, making wands or bracelets.. so many activities! We also had two extra staff & they were also fantastic and great with the kids! We've had nothing but positive feedback from our friends and family.. and our daughter had the best day! A memory that will last forever! Thank you so much ladies.. we could not have asked for a better day.
A great big heartfelt Thanks to Sam and the girls for hosting such a fun Unicorn Party!! The girls all had a wonderful time and the drizzling rain didn't dampen anyone's spirits! Such a fun and unique idea - beautiful location, fantastic gazebo and activities to entertain the kids while they are waiting their turn for a ride on the ponies/unicorns.
